Erin uses an electronic health platform called Kareo which features the option for telehealth. Telehealth is a convenient way to conduct routine appointments within a HIPPA compliant portal.

Q. Who can use Telehealth?

A: Anyone with a computer or mobile device.

Q: How does it work?

A: Telehealth is so easy and works much like Zoom. A link will be send directly to the client prior to the appointment.

Q: Can I use my health insurance?

A: All insurances have been reimbursing for telehealth visits during the pandemic. Please verify your insurance will still cover telehealth visits after July, 1, 2021.

Q: Is the appointment the same as face to face?

A: Yes! Intakes, therapy, and medication visits can all be scheduled through telehealth.
